Whilst the advertisers endeavor to ensure accuracy and reliability of sale content, these should not be construed as statements of fact and they do not constitute any part of an offer or contract.

12zsingapore.com strongly recommends that all information provided about any sale item should be verified by yourself and/or your advisers.

 

General

• You need to register to post ads.
• Please fill in all the requested fields, so you give enough information to possible buyers.
• Make sure you give a good description of the item you are selling and please be realistic about the items condition.
• If possible, add a picture or two of the item.
• We are not in any way responsible for the content of the ads.
• We are not responsible for the state of the items sold and the actions of the sellers or buyers.
• Each user is given 10 ads limit.
• All ads are posted instantly! No waiting for approval.
• Ads run for 120 calendar days. You can update, renew(3 day before expiration) or delete your ads.
• We reserve the right to reject any ad based on unacceptable content.

 

Rules For Posting Classifieds Ads

In order to keep the classified ads posted at the utmost quality, a general list of rules are to be followed when posting classified ads. This is a very limited list and basic common sense should be used to ensure that your classifieds are acceptable.

• No posting of more than 3 ads per day.
• No posting of same ad or similar ad to multiple categories.
• No posting of classified ad into an inappropriate category.
• No posting of illegal items including, but not limited to drugs, stolen items, pirated software or other media, or child pornography.
• Posting of ads related to loans, mobile phones, affiliate links, ads posting job strictly not allowed.
• No posting of false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory content.
• You must honestly and accurately describe the item for which you are posting an ad. 12zsingapore.com assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any classified ads posted on the site.
• Do not use the classified ads for the sole purpose of promoting your website.
• Distribute or post spam, chain letters, MAKE MONEY FROM HOME BUSINESS or pyramid schemes;
• Do not post ads that are obscene, PORNOGRAPHIC, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity.
• The option to provide a link to a website related to your classified must not be used to link to any website that is not related to your classified ad.
• Do not post copyrighted information and images unless you are the holder of the copyright or have permission from the owner of the copyright.
• Do not harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

 

Editorial Guidelines

• All ad must be unique and original.
• NO ALL CAPITALIZATION in Title and Description. Use only standard capitalization. This means only capitalize the first word of a sentence, the first letter of each word in your title, abbreviations, and proper names.
• Use correct spelling
• Use correct grammar

12zsingapore.com reserves the right to remove or refuse any ads that fails to obey the rules without explanation. In addition, we reserve the right to alter or delete any of the information a user provides, as we see fit. Offender's ads will be deleted and user accounts will be suspended without explanation.

In accepting the services provided by 12zsingapore.com, you agree to allow your information to be kept in a database, with the sole purpose of helping us identify services and goods that may be of interest to you, and to source or provide these services and goods to you as and when they are made available to us. You allow us to contact you by various means, including email and SMS.
